The Booking Process
STEP 01
Secure Your Venue
The first thing to do is to secure your wedding date and venue so I can be sure that I'm available.
STEP 02
Confirm My Availability
Reach out by email to confirm my availability for your wedding. If I'm not available I'll happily provide some referrals to help point you in the right direction.
STEP 03
Discuss Your Plans
Tell me all about your wedding plans and ask me any questions you may have to see if we'll be a good fit.
STEP 04
Contract and Retainer
A signed contract and $2000 retainer are due to finalize your booking and reserve your date.
Then We're a Team!
Once you've secured me as your photographer you can sit back and relax, knowing you have one more piece of the wedding planning puzzle in place, and always feel free to reach out with any questions you may have throughout your wedding planning journey.

In the time that follows leading up to your wedding, you’ll be working away on all the details and I’m always here if you have questions along the way.
When you’ve put together a working timeline I’m happy to look it over and share feedback on how everything lines up from a photography perspective.
If you've chosen to book an engagement shoot we'll plan that as well!
As Your Wedding Approaches
One month before your wedding, I’ll send you my wedding questionnaire to complete. This online form gathers all the final details I’ll need for your big day, including:
Confirming start time and location
Confirming all shooting locations
Names of your wedding party and family
Your desired group photo list
Any photos or details that are especially important to you
Your final itinerary
A list of your vendors
Your final balance is due during the week leading up to your wedding. A reminder will be sent 7 days beforehand.
Your Wedding Day
Your wedding day has finally arrived and you have a million things on your mind, but photography won’t be one of them. You can relax knowing I’ve got it all covered.
Every wedding is different, and there’s no single right way to celebrate. Maybe you're doing a first look and we're doing the bulk of your group photos ahead of your ceremony. Maybe you're expecting one hell of a dance floor. Maybe your ceremony is at sunset, or maybe it's in the afternoon. Your wedding day is uniquely yours and I'll photograph it mindfully, following the guidance you've provided in your timeline and questionnaire, making sure the important moments are captured beautifully for you to remember forever.
After Your Wedding
My work doesn’t end when I leave your wedding. As soon as I arrive home, the first thing I do is upload your images and back them up, keeping your memories safe is always my top priority.
Your full gallery will be delivered within 30 days of your wedding and will remain online for one year. This password protected gallery includes all of your wedding photos in high resolution with full printing rights, making it easy to share with family and friends. If you’d like to share a smaller selection, you can also create curated sets to send out, and you’ll have the option to order prints directly through your gallery from a professional-grade lab.

Anita photographed our wedding in early October 2025 and we are so happy we chose her to capture our special day!
